Historical museum hosts Free First Thursday

Featured are “Whales in Our Midst,” chronicling orca whales in Puget Sound; “The Overland Westerners,” an epic 20,000-mile trip by horseback 100 years ago by the Bainbridge Beck brothers who traveled to all 48 state capitals by horseback; and “A Portrait of Manzanar” by world famous photographer, Ansel Adams.

The Bainbridge Island Historical Museum is at 215 Ericksen Ave. and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
