This week’s adoptable pets are Sachi and Babe.

For adoption through PAWS:

Sachi is a 12-year-old sweet and petite shorthaired brown tabby.

She’d been tossed outside by her previous owner and taken in by a caring neighbor 7 years ago. When that neighbor recently passed away Sachi was again in need of a home.

She’ll be waiting to meet you at PAWS at Pleasant Beach, open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday.

For adoption through Kitsap Humane Society:

Meet Babe! This 1-year-old boy loves spending his time playing fetch and going on nature walks.

He enjoys sitting on ladies’ laps, but can be a little shy around men. Once he knows you, however, it’s true love.
