Deadline nears for budding playwrights

Organizers of the Island Theatre Ten-Minute Play Festival are reminding writers that the submission deadline for this year’s event is fast approaching.

The deadline is Monday, April 15.

Established and aspiring playwrights are encouraged to send up to three original plays, each no more than 10 minutes long, in accordance with guidelines at www.islandtheatre.org.

Sixteen plays will be selected for performance at Bainbridge Performing Arts in August.
