TRAVEL ADVISORY | Ferries to be busy Sunday due to Seahawks game

Washington State Ferries is advising travelers on the Bainbridge Island-Seattle and Bremerton-Seattle ferry routes to expect heavy foot traffic on Sunday, Jan. 19, as the Seattle Seahawks take on the San Fransisco 49ers in a football playoff game at CenturyLink Field.

The game starts at 3:30 p.m. and passengers are encouraged to pre-purchase their ferry tickets.

Ferry riders should be prepared for long lines eastbound in the morning and westbound after the game.
