Bainbridge Island Fruit Club learns about micro-farming

The Bainbridge Island Fruit Club Meeting welcomes guest speaker Darren Murphy at this week’s meeting.

The club meets at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 16 at the Bainbridge Grange Hall.

Murphy will talk about micro-farming, or “Growing More in Small Spaces.”

Club members said the topic is timely and useful for those who have run out of space to plant more summer or winter veggies.
