Carter awarded degree at WWU

Anthony Carter, an islander since birth and a 2009 graduate of Bainbridge High, has earned a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Western Washington University.
Carter graduated on Dec. 12, 2014.
His immediate plans are to explore Central America for a few months and spruce up his Spanish language skills before he inserts himself into the working environment.
