Charlie Wiggins is a man of integrity, intelligence, civility, respect for all, commitment to applying the law impartially, and reverence for justice.

He has served our state honorably as a Court of Appeals judge and a substitute Superior Court judge.

For 30 years he has represented a wide range of people seeking justice in our courts. Chief Justices from other states’ Supreme Courts chose Charlie to advocate their winning position on a high-profile ethics case in the United States Supreme Court.

Charlie is smart, organized, hard working, dedicated, idealistic, yet grounded in reality.

His integrity extends to all aspects of his life – personal, professional, spiritual, and community, including as a: Eagle Scout; Army captain; mentor to countries developing new judicial systems; church leader and Sunday school teacher; and fundraiser/builder for Habitat for Humanity.
