Congressman Derek Kilmer wants to get you on the line.
In order to hear from constituents about the issues that matter to them, U.S. Rep. Kilmer will hold a telephone town hall at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 2. Participants will have the opportunity to ask the 6th District Democrat a question or leave a message with their comments.
The tele-town hall will be Kilmer’s 11th since joining Congress.
“I’m looking forward to my next telephone town hall,” Kilmer said. “It’s important for me to make sure that I continue to be accessible and accountable to the folks in our region.”
Residents of the 6th District who would like to join the call can sign up at http://kilmer.house.gov/contact/townhall or send an email to kilmer.teletownhall@mail.house.gov with their name and phone number by 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 1.
Residents who sign up before the deadline will receive a phone call at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 2 inviting them to the town hall.
In February, Kilmer held seven town halls across the 6th Congressional District to hear directly from constituents on a wide range of issues.
He also frequently meets face-to-face with constituents and takes their questions at forums and Kilmer at Your Company events.
