Bainbridge council OKs new prosecutor’s contract

The Bainbridge city council has approved a new contract with the Kitsap County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

The new agreement for 2015 is essentially the same as the prior contract, though the new contract does include an increase of roughly $5,000 in costs. The prosecutor’s office will be paid $98,011 for prosecution services next year.

The contract was approved 6-0 by the council.
