Supreme Court decisions make it clear constitutional amendment is needed | LETTER TO THE EDITOR

To the editor:

Political freedom for ALL, without question the most fundamental and uncompromisable basis of our Constitution, has been systematically and fatally compromised by the Supreme Court decisions of Citizen’s United and McCutcheon.

Vitally critical election reform is a virtual impossibility for the 99 percent when our elections are bought and sold before a single vote is cast. This massive fraud precludes any possible accountability from our “representatives” for once in office they continue to “dance with them who brung them.”

Amend now — or just admit, we’ve become an unabashed oligarchy.
