Construction on the Performing Arts Center in Bainbridge is progressing nicely.
A bike trail on both sides of Eagle Harbor Drive is separated for the most part from the road, which bicyclists wanted for safety. What they don't like is the path isn't connected to anything, on both ends of it.

Work continues on the remodeled building that will become the first part of the new private Hyla High School in downtown Winslow.

Construction is going on all over Bainbridge Island, which seems to happen every August because that’s usually the only month of the year that dry weather is common. Work is going on at the new Hyla High School, on streets, at the new police-court facility, at the Performing Arts Center, and much more.
