Eastside Catholic tops Spartan girls

The Bainbridge Spartans were upended by Eastside Catholic in girls varsity volleyball Tuesday in Sammamish.

The Crusaders won in four sets, 3-1.

The Spartans’ junior varsity team tamed EC, however, winning 2-1.

Bainbridge was scheduled to play Holy Names Academy at St. Joseph School in Seattle late this week. The Spartans return to Paski Gymnasium for a Senior Night matchup against Seattle Prep on Tuesday, Oct. 29.
