Sawyer Martina begins to make the cover section for her new book during the Make Your Own Storybook class on Tuesday at the Bainbridge Public Library.

A group of young storytellers — led by artist Susan Callan and author Margaret Nevinski — gathered at the library to write, illustrate and produce their own handmade books during the free program.
