Budget changes on the agenda for Bainbridge park board

Bainbridge parks officials will meet next week to amend the park district’s 2017 budget.

The board of the Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Park & Recreation District will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 21 at Strawberry Hill Center (7666 NE High School Road).

The parks board will also talk about a project agreement with the Bainbridge Island Parks Foundation for Williams-Olson Park.

Also on the agenda: an internship presentation.

Parks officials will also look at a resolution to honor Parks Commissioner Kirk Robinson, who is finishing his term of office this month.
