TRAVEL ADVISORY | Hood Canal Bridge closed due to high winds

The Hood Canal Bridge was closed Monday afternoon until further notice, the Washington State Department of Transportation announced just before 4 p.m. Oct. 24.

The closure was necessary due to high winds; traffic has been stopped in both directions on Highway 104 at the span.
