Bainbridge Island 4H’ers win at Kitsap County Fair

The Bainbridge Island 4H champs stood proudly displaying their ribbons and trophies after winning events at this year’s Kitsap County Fair. The island 4H’ers brought home wins in poultry, dog, gardening and cooking categories (one of the island’s 4H’ers won a champion award for his cake).

The first meeting of the year — a kick off/information meeting — is planned for 6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10 at Yeomalt Cabin.

Projects available are:  Dogs, Poultry, Gardening; Cooking; Sewing and Teen Leadership.
