Bainbridge Island will say sayonara to the sunshine Saturday, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service’s office in Seattle.

Friday’s fine weather — a high of 84 degrees is expected — will give way to a 30 percent chance of showers Saturday, mostly after 11 a.m.

Saturday night, the chance of showers rises to 50 percent, and forecasters say to expect mostly cloudy skies.

On Sunday, it is expected to remain mostly cloudy, with a high near 64. There is a 40 percent chance of showers.

Monday, the weather is expected to improve, with partly sunny skies and a high near 64.
