Bainbridge VIP Support Group gets crime-stopping presentation

Bainbridge Island Police Officer Carla Sias will be the guest speaker at this week’s meeting of the Bainbridge Island Visually Impaired Persons Support Group.

The group will meet from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 11 at the Bainbridge Public Library.

Sias will offer tips on how to avoid being the victim of a scam.

For Sharing Time, the group will consider what type of guests should be invited to VIP meetings.
