City seeks input on historic work

The city will host a meeting at city hall from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 22 to get feedback on its Historic Preservation Program.

City staff are interested in hearing ideas from the community about how they can better encourage historic preservation on the island.

Potential amendments to the city’s regulations regarding historic preservation are tentatively scheduled to be heard by the planning commission on Thursdays, March 24 and April 7.
