KDOG founder to be guest speaker

Kitsap Development Officers Group (KDOG) will meet from noon to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2 at the Poulsbo Library.
Peter Raffa, the founder of KDOG with 35 years of fundraising experience, presents How to Write a Development Plan.
All nonprofits are welcome to the free program.
