Singer/songwriter Joshua Scott performs at Seabold Community Hall on Saturday, May 10.
Come by for some of the finest live music around. The acoustic music open-mic begins at 7:30 p.m. (sign-ups are from 6:45-7:15) and will be followed by the featured act. Admission is play or pay $5; kids admitted free. Coffee, tea, bottled water cookies will be for sale.
Influenced by lyric-based, storytelling songwriters, including Bob Dylan, Paul Simon and Leonard Cohen, Scott’s voice and approach have been likened to Jakob Dylan, John Sebastian and Mark Knopfler.
