Get tips for a healthy heart at free lecture

February is American Heart Month, the perfect time of year to learn more about your risks for heart disease and stroke. Harrison Hospital will host a free Bainbridge Island health talk, “Take 5 For Your Heart.”

The talk is 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26 in the auditorium at the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art.

Two of Harrison’s cardiovascular experts, Dr. Chris King and Dr. Nathan Segerson, will share information on ways to help protect yourself and your loved ones from heart disease and stroke, including five heart symptoms you can’t ignore.
