UPDATE | Traffic still slow near Agate Pass Bridge

Drivers heading toward Bainbridge Island via the Agate Pass Bridge continue to face considerable delays Monday morning following a car crash that took out a light pole near the Clearwater Casino.

A driver on Suquamish Way Northeast said traffic was moving about a quarter mile every 20 minutes, and vehicles on Suquamish Way are backed up all the way to the Suquamish Village Shell station. Some drivers are getting frustrated and turning around, he added.

Both lanes of Highway 305 are expected to reopen within the next 30 minutes.
