Book club to talk about novels by Skloot, Fadiman

The Bainbridge Library Book Group meets at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24.

This month’s book is “The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks” by Rebecca Skloot and “The Spirit Catches You and You Fall Down” by Anne Fadiman.

Club members will compare and contrast these two books on the intersection of culture, medicine and ethics.
