Political sign stealers are real party poopers | LETTER TO THE EDITOR

To the editor:

My family placed a Jay Inslee sign at a major intersection near our home, and another fan put one on the other side of the road. “Someone” has pulled them out and thrown them in the bushes — one of them three times!

This behavior is unconscionable, objectionable and undemocratic. While I know it does not exemplify all people of the “other” party, it certainly brings their ethics into question.

I recently learned that this has happened in other neighborhoods as well. Publicly printing this is the only way I could think of that might this behavior to a halt. I hope it works!
