Islands excel at Ohio Wesleyan

Two students from Bainbridge Island have earned academic honors at Ohio Wesleyan University.

The university recently announced its 2019 spring semester dean’s list, and Kelly Coffyn and Savannah Travis of Bainbridge Island were named as standouts.

To qualify for Ohio Wesleyan University Dean’s List recognition, students must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale in all applicable classes.

Founded in 1842 and located in Delaware, Ohio, Ohio Wesleyan University is one of the nation’s premier private liberal arts universities.
