Both the girls and boys Bainbridge High School varsity basketball teams suffered recent losses to Lakeside at home.

First, on Tuesday, Jan. 15, the boys were bested 44-41, their fourth straight loss since a victory against Chief Sealth on Jan. 4.

Then, on Wednesday, Jan. 16, the girls were defeated 48-41, their third straight loss since scoring a win against Rainier Beach on Jan. 5.
