The North Kitsap boys basketball team kept up its winning ways Thursday night, beating Sequim 78-40.
With the win, the Vikings moved to 8-0 in Olympic League play, 12-2 overall.
The Bainbridge gymnastics team had a much tougher time against Port Angeles, pulling out a 154-147 victory.
North Kitsap beat Bainbridge in girls basketball Tuesday night 48-35.
Kingston’s girls also won, over Olympic 67-30.
With the wins, the Vikings improved to 4-1 in league play, 7-2 overall. Kingston improved to 3-4 in league, 4-4 overall. BHS fell to 4-5 in league, 5-6 on the season.
In boys play Tuesday, NK pounded BHS 97-56, while the Bucs beat Olympic 62-45.
Kingston is now 2-3 in league and 5-4 on the year. And the Spartans dropped to 5-4 in league, 7-5 overall.
Earlier in the week, the Vikings beat Sehome in boys basketball Monday 81-58.
Also, the Vikings were off to the races Saturday, scoring 105 points in beating Kingston, which scored 57.
Kington’s boys did beat up on Klahowya last Friday night 70-46.
Bainbridge and North Kitsap both picked up league wins in away games last Thursday night.
North Kitsap held Olympic to just 26 points, while scoring 70 of its own, while the Spartans beat Sequim 65-44.
North Kitsap’s boys demolished North Mason last Tuesday night 93-25. Bainbridge pounded Olympic in similar fashion 69-35.
In girls action, North Kitsap beat Clover Park 43-39.
