The Bainbridge Spartans open the regular season for cross country this week in Seattle.

Wednesday, Oct. 11

BHS at Lower Woodland Park, 4:20 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 19

Metro Championship, Lower Woodland Park, 1:15 p.m.
