After a victorious first appearance in the postseason, a loss to Roosevelt on Tuesday, Feb. 11 in the second round of the 3A District Qualifier brought the year to a close for the Bainbridge High School varsity boys basketball team (8-14).

The Spartans handily bested Lincoln (0-21 overall) in a 61-35 contest on Feb. 10, and advanced to play Roosevelt (11-9) the very next day, but ultimately lost 63-51.

It was a loser-out affair, thus capping the Spartans’ season.
