The Bainbridge High School varsity boys water polo team scored a handy, decisive victory on the road against Bellevue Monday, Oct. 14.

The final score saw the Spartans up 16-3.

Goals were scored for the Spartans by Oskar Bannister (four), Harrison Villella (three), Eamon Greathouse (three), and Gabe Nathan (two). Nate Lapin, Marshall Whittlesey, Thomas Defawe and Jacques Defawe all scored one apiece.

The island junior varsity squad did not fare so well, coming up one goal short against their respective Bellevue opposites (9-8).

The Spartans will return to Bainbridge to host Mercer Island in their final home match of the season at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22.
