Rhonda J. Phillips

Rhonda J. Phillips, longtime resident of Bainbridge Island, died Nov. 14. She was 78.

She was born Feb. 17, 1926.

She is survived by her daughter Sharon Kithcart, son-in-law Tim Kithcart and grandson Aaron Kithcart.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Nov. 23 at Christ Memorial Church, Poulsbo, with a reception at the family home.
