Noreene Rae Osterlund passed away in peace at the age of 88, April 21, 2021. Born on February 22, 1933 in Portland, OR. Preceded in death by her adopted parents, Percy Seymour and Elsie Dahlin, and her much loved son, Shawn McDonald. Former wife of Eugene McDonald and Carl Osterlund. Proud grandmother of step granddaughter, Jessica Harmon (Jamus Otieno) and great-grandmother of Braelynn Harmon, Jessallen Otieno, Jaonni Otieno. Noreene will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving mother, a devoted friend, who appreciated flowers of all kinds, enjoyed reading and painting, a proficient real estate agent, a Mariner and Seahawk fan, a caretaker of birds, dedicated to her dogs Happy and Corey, a devoted Christian who was a very classy lady that held high standards for herself and others.
