Mary Amelia Ugles died May 17 in Santa Monica, Calif.
She was born Nov. 8, 1924, at Eagledale on Bainbridge Island, to Sam and Milica Ugles.
She worked as an administrative assistant in insurance and banking in Seattle, Hawaii and Santa Monica, Calif., until her retirement.
She is survived by her sister Carmel (David) Myers, brother Pete (Velora) Ugles, sister-in-law Molly Ugles, and five nieces and six nephews. She was preceded in death by brother John Ugles.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. July 24 at Holyrood Cemetery, 205 NE 205th St. in Seattle. Donations can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
