Kenneth Carson Beach

Kenneth Carson Beach, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend passed away peacefully on January 1st 2025, at his home on Bainbridge Island, Washington. He was born on October 31st 1932, on Bainbridge Island, where he spent his life making a profound impact on everyone around him. Kenneth’s path in life was marked by service and dedication. He began his career with the Seattle Fire Department in1962, later becoming a paramedic for the first-ever Medic One Unit, a role that would earn him respect and admiration within the community. His commitment extended beyond his professional pursuits as he volunteered with the Bainbridge Island Fire Department, demonstrating his unwavering desire to help others in need. He shared a remarkable journey through life with his beloved wife Muriel. Together, they traversed Europe and explored the vast landscapes of the United States in their RV, creating cherished memories that would last a lifetime. Ken built his and Muriel’s first house known as “the round house” and years later he built their custom home on the bluff overlooking the Seattle skyline and Cascades. Kenneth was known as the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back; his generous spirit and great sense of humor were constants in the lives of those who knew him. He had a unique talent for brightening every room he entered, effortlessly lifting the spirits of friends and family alike. Kenneth is survived by his loving wife, Muriel, and his daughters, Lori White, Sandi Kleppe, and Shelli Beach. He is also survived by his dear sister Verna and brother Dave. The warmth of his presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He now joins his parents, Stanley and Florence Beach, as well as his cherished siblings brothers Art, Don and sisters Susan and Carol, and his son Michael whose spirits he will undoubtedly embrace in the afterlife. Ken passed peacefully at home surrounded by his wife, daughters, grandchildren and friends. Services will be held and the Bainbridge Island Fire Station #21 at 2:00 @ 8895 N Madison Ave NE Bainbridge Island.
