Katherine Elizabeth Hutchinson Myhre, age 61

      Kathy Elizabeth Hutchinson Myhre died March 17 at home in Shelton, WA, after a short but courageous battle with cancer.

      She was born Dec. 1, 1951 to Jim and Joyce Hutchinson on Bainbridge Island, where she lived most of her life.

      Kathy married Duane Myhre on Sept. 25, 1970. She is survived by Duane; their son Will; granddaughter McKenna; nine brothers and sisters: Jim, Diana, Allen, Dave, Linda, John, Nola, Rich and Sammie Jo; and many nieces and nephews.

      She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, auntie and friend.

      Kathy died with amazing acceptance, grace and dignity. She will be forever missed.
