Howard Raak Wayenberg

Howard Raak Wayenberg, 86, died May 26 on Bainbridge.
He was a resident of Soap Lake, Wash., since 1957. He was a member of the Evangelical Free Church in Soap Lake. He was active in the Junior Chamber of Commerce and Skywatch, a leader of Explorer Scouts and the director of the Soap Lake School Board for 10 years.
He is survived by wife Evelyn Wayenberg; children Sandra (Stan) Van Eps and Darrell (Sandy) Wayenberg; twin brother Harold (Rosella) Wayenberg; brother Theodore (Laurel) Wayenberg; seven grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Interment will be at Tahoma National Cemetery, with arrangements by Kass & Cook Family Funeral Home.
