Donna A. McVey, 80

Donna A. McVey died Feb. 24 at Martha and Mary Health Care Services in Poulsbo.

She was born on March 23, 1929, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Walter Mahonri Arnold Jr. and Mabel Isabel Hall Arnold. The family moved to Tacoma where Donna attended Stadium High School and University of Puget Sound.

In 1951, she married George Oliver McVey. She was an active member of LDS Church.

Donna had multiple sclerosis for the last 40 years and Alzheimer’s disease since 2004.

She is survived by her husband George McVey; sons Gary, Chris and Greg; daughters-in-law Paula, Kathy and Amy; seven grandchildren and many loving friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation from 9:30-10:30 a.m. March 6 followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2138 NE Mesford St., Poulsbo.
