Christine Williams

Christine Williams, a long time Poulsbo resident, passed into Glory on May 18, 2017 at 92 years of age in Surprise, Arizona. Her husband, Ferman, son Denny and three brothers preceded her. She is survived by her sister Marjorie Shepard of Bakersfield, California, daughter, Keli (Alan) Miller of Surprise, Arizona, son Randy (Barbara) of Port Orchard, Washington, and Denny’s wife (Sue) of Kingston, Washington; grandchildren Melissa Miller Newton of Las Vegas, Nevada, Shauna (Jason) Becker of Poulsbo, Washington, Racheal Williams of West Seattle, Washington, Sean Williams of Kingston, Washington, Seth Williams of Columbus, Ohio, Roxanne Kasperson of Port Orchard, Washington, Erika (Wes) Frank of East Bremerton, Washington and Elijah Williams of Portland, Oregon and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Williams retired from Pacific Northwest Bell, Seattle office, where she worked first as a ship-to-shore telephone operator and later as a fraud investigator. She truly enjoyed her work and the many friends she made along the way. Christine also loved her God, her family, and her country. While in Poulsbo she attended Christ the King Church with many of her family members. Interment will be at Riverside National Cemetery with her beloved husband Ferman who was a World War II Coast Guard veteran.
