Weekend weather report: There will be rain, maybe | The Bainbridge Blab

Time to break out the umbrella. Or just chance it.

That’s the latest forecast for this weekend’s weather on Bainbridge Island from the National Weather Service in Seattle.

On Saturday, rain is likely on the Rock, mainly before 10 a.m. Forecasters say skies will be cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high temperature near 50 degrees.

The chance of precipitation is 60 percent on Saturday, but new precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch are possible.

Saturday night will see a 40 percent chance of rain, mainly before 4 a.m. Skies will stay mostly cloudy overnight, with a low around 42.

Come Sunday, the chance of rain drops falls to 20 percent. It should be mostly sunny later in the day, with a high near 49.

Look for partly cloudy skies Sunday night, with a low around 39.

Monday will be sunny, with a high near 47.

The chance of rain returns through the rest of the week, with precipitation and cloudy skies likely.
