Bainbridge Island should see a soggy Saturday, but the weather will rebound with plenty of sunshine in the days that follow.

That’s the latest report on this weekend’s weather from the National Weather Service in Seattle.

Saturday will see a 40 percent chance of showers, mainly after 11 a.m. It will be mostly cloudy, with a high temperature near 65 degrees.

Come Saturday night, showers are likely before 11 p.m. It will remain mostly cloudy, with a low around 54. The chance of precipitation is 70 percent.

Sunday is forecast to be partly sunny, with a high near 65. It will turn partly cloudy overnight, with a low around 49.

Sunny weather, with mostly clear skies and temperatures reaching 70 are expected through the rest of the week.
