Friday’s sunny and warm weather on Bainbridge Island will continue into the weekend.

A little bit of it, at least.

That’s the latest forecast for the island from the National Weather Service in Seattle.

Saturday will see patchy fog before 11 a.m. on Bainbridge, but otherwise, the day will be mostly sunny, with a high temperature near 57 degrees.

Come Saturday night, skies will turn partly cloudy, and the thermometer will drop to a low around 36.

On Sunday, there should be patchy fog before 11 a.m. It will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 56.

A chance of rain — 20 percent — is in the forecast for Sunday night.

More rain is likely through next week.
