Weekend weather report: Slow steppin’ into summer | The Bainbridge Blab

Summer is here, though the weather this weekend on Bainbridge Island will make it look like Spring is reluctant to exit, stage left.

According to the latest weekend weather forecast for the island from the National Weather Service in Seattle, Saturday will see mostly cloudy skies, with a high temperature near 67 degrees.

On Saturday night, it will stay mostly cloudy, with a low around 50.

Come Sunday, there is a 20 percent chance of showers. The forecast calls for cloudy weather, with a high near 62.

The chance of showers increases to 30 percent Sunday night, and the thermometer will dip to a low around 50.

The threat of showers will persist through next week, though the sunshine may poke through the clouds on Wednesday and Thursday.
