Weekend weather report: Rainy days ahead | The Bainbridge Blab

It’s starting to look like another wet weekend on the Rock.

That’s the latest forecast for the island from the National Weather Service in Seattle.

Saturday will see a mostly cloudy day and a 30 percent chance of rain. The high temperature is expected to top out near 67 degrees.

On Saturday night, more rain is likely (the chance of precipitation is 60 percent), mainly after 11 p.m. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch are possible. Skies will stay cloudy, and the low will be around 57.

Come Sunday, the rain remains, with a 70 percent chance of precipitation. It will be cloudy, with a high near 63.

Showers are likely again Sunday night before 11 p.m. Skies will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 51.

The chance of showers will continue through midweek.
