All women are invited to Savvy Women Exchanging Relevant Views (SWERV) to hear retired librarian Martha Bayley once again help with our holiday gift lists.

The talk is: “Best Books of the Year: Martha Bayley’s Picks for Holiday Git Giving.”

Each year, Bayley surveys the past year’s array of fiction and non-fiction with an eye to helping SWERV members select the perfect gift for friends and family (or for keepers). As a former fiction collection manager for Kitsap Regional Library, she knows just which books have popular appeal. She shares her favorites through short “book talks.” If you are ready to make your choices, books will be available for sale.

SWERV meets from 10:30 a.m to noon, Tuesday, Nov. 12 at Filipino American Community Hall, 7566 High School Road.
