All women are invited to attend Savvy Women Exchanging Relevant to hear Electra Anderson, a member of the Alzheimer Society National Board, talk to SWERV at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 10 at Filipino American Hall, 7566 High School Road.

Anderson will speak of her personal journey after her husband was diagnosed with Alzheimers in 1999 at age 56.

Her mission is to raise awareness and understanding of this disease, which she believes has become a national crisis that affects all aspect of American society.

As the baby boom generation ages, its impact on individuals, families and the community will only grow.
