Cartoonist talks on the history of political cartoons

Cartoonist Milt Priggee visits the Bainbridge Public Library at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 2 to present “Political Cartooning: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.”

Priggee, a political cartoonist, will explain the who, what, where, when and why of political commentary and how it has evolved from print to digital media platforms.
