A two-car crash at the intersection of High School Road and Highway 305 late Tuesday morning left at least one person injured.

The collision left both cars on the northbound side of Highway 305, and one vehicle smashed into the retaining wall near the end of the Sound to Olympics Trail on the south side of High School Road.

Traffic will be detoured for at least an hour, according to an announcement from the city of Bainbridge Island. “Please use alternate routes during this traffic incident,” the city message read.
