A Bainbridge Island man was flown to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle after a head-on collision on Highway 305 Saturday that blocked traffic for 2 1/2 hours.

Reece Quesada, 20, was southbound when the State Patrol says he crossed the center line, colliding with a northbound car driven by Paige Billmaier, 23, also of BI, who was not injured.

The collision occurred at around 2:10 p.m. at Noll Road, near Poulsbo. Both vehicles were totalled.
