The Bainbridge Island Visually Impaired Persons Support Group will welcome Reed Price from the Bainbridge Island Senior Center and Robin Gaphni from IVC (Island Volunteer Caregivers) as guest speakers at the group’s next meeting.

Bainbridge VIPs will gather at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11 at the Bainbridge Public Library.

The pair will talk about what they’re doing to keep all seniors independently active in the community.

The group will also discuss important information to know to keep from getting scammed, whether the potential scammer is attacking electronically or telephonically.
